Our group of companies has around people in 27 countries and generated consolidated sales of EUR billion EUR in 2022.We combine tradition with progress since the 16th century, and we are looking for you to write with us the next chapter in this success story.Year after year with LEONIExpert IT Solutions – PLM Software Windchill (m/f/d)RO-BN-Bistrita-BIS0001X8Your task:• Manage the entire lifecycle of PLM software Windchill solutions, from requirement analysis to operational deployment, ensuring the delivery of professional and efficient software solutions.• Create functional specifications and oversee the testing and implementation of PLM software Windchill, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.• Provide third-level support for PLM software Windchill, including the installation and maintenance of MCAD integration to ensure seamless operation.• Take charge of system administration duties, including system upgrades, to maintain a stable, scalable, and state-of-the-art operation environment for PLM software Windchill.• Contribute to IT projects related to PLM software Windchill, ensuring successful project management, collaboration, and timely completion.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and drive effective solutions.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in PLM software and related technologies to continuously improve and innovate our solutions. Your skills:• Solid experience in administering and operating PLM software, with a strong focus on Windchill.• Familiarity with ITIL principles and basics of project management methodologies (Agile, etc.).• Proficient in requirements management fundamentals and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.• Strong command of Linux operating systems, particularly RedHat.• Proficiency with databases, preferably Oracle.• Basic programming skills, preferably in Java, to facilitate customization and integration tasks.• Knowledge of software configuration, change management, and release management practices.• Familiarity with 3D-MCAD software such as Siemens NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
