The Honeywell HR Services (HRS) team delivers a portfolio of HR shared services spanning payroll, global mobility, operations and benefits delivery, data analytics/insights, and HR systems and portals, including HR Help, to support Honeywell employees worldwide. HRS delivers services with a focus on Right & Fast, Honeywell User Experience (HUE), quality, productivity, and cycle time. The Global HR Services (HRS) Manager: Business Process Transformation will be responsible the following: Managing strategic business transformation initiatives involving process, experience, or compliance scope - responsible for delivering business excellence and analytics engagements for critical top priority regional and global HRS projects, request based HR engagements which would encompass impact to end to end process, experience, compliance, governance, or re-engineering of work. Manage business process assessment and reviews - gather and analyze customer inputs, business internal or external drivers, or other requirements triggering a review, and play a strategic subject matter expert role to develop the necessary recommendations, engage with required stakeholders and drive relevant actions to achieve desired outcomes. Examples of such drivers are regulatory changes, significant technology deployments, service offerings reorganization, other. You will lead and/or be a critical member of cross-functional teams through process and policy assessment and design, forming of recommendations and support of new HR tools and services. The role requires strong strategic leadership skills, strong acumen of HR and HRS, HR technologies, HR data, with experience in managing complex portfolios with ambiguous requirements. Additionally, the role requires a visionary leader able to manage senior stakeholder relationships, and proven abilities to work across the company to engage partner with the necessary parties on design and decisions. This role will report to the Director of Business Excellence. This role will have direct reports [2-4 members] Basic Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree At least one certification: Lean Expert / Six Sigma Black Belt / Six Sigma Green Belt / PMP / Scrum master certification Minimum 7+ years’ experience working in transformation projects as an Operational excellence leader; Project Manager; SME with hands on project execution experience Hands on working knowledge in data analytics and demonstrated skills on any of the following – Advanced excel/Tableau/Alteryx/PowerBI/R/Python/SNOW/Salesforce 5 years’ global experience in managing/collaborating with cross functional teams on developing technology solutions to real world business problems [ IT, Finance, Customer experience groups] Deep expertise in analytics coupled with excellent communication, visualization, and storytelling skills: ability to sell vision and influence on senior leaders towards driving change through data analytics and insights Ability to travel 20% depending on business need, including international travel Additional Qualifications: Must be nimble, agile, and flexible - Able to mobilize resources and plan at a short notice; lead SWAT initiatives; get in and out and move on to new priorities. Proven customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative solutions for complex customer problems Strategic orientation, able to work with sophisticated analysis, assess and mitigate risk, forecast both long and short-term outcomes, and anticipate and navigate scenarios in a complex business environment.
