You will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a diverse culture, and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.Implement analytical methods to solve specific business problems utilizing WorkdayImprove upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning our current scorecardsDirectly contribute functional and technical enhancements in WorkdayBuild customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and metrics which track forecast performance and explain variance.Collaborate with Workday functional & technical teams, Workday, 3rd party providers, and business leaders to define product requirements, provide analytical support, and communicate feedback.Presenting critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answer questions about the inputs and outputs of Workday insights and improving their performance.Advise and research continuous improvements in the Workday people analytics space to drive the next implementationsClose cooperation with other technical teams (other corporate IT systems) and functional teams (HRIS, HR SMEs, external 3rd parties, Workday)Owns technical & data design documentation and ensures quality and compliance with documentation guidelinesSystem configuration based on functional requirements;Performance testingCreating technical and operational documentation;Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projectsIdentifying strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsQualifications and requirements:Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday navigation and Workday tools environmentProject experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio, or other middleware platforms)Demonstrated data proficiently in a previous analytical roleHR administrator experience with business applications ( >500 users)HR IS experience ideally with 3+ years of implementation experienceEnglish proficient levelAt least 2 years experience in a consulting environmentExcellent client communications skillsProven ability to analyze business requirements to determine configuration requirementsPropose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectivesAbility to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.Eligible to travel and work across Europe on a short noticeConfident and innovative thinker who is not satisfied with only "checking the box"English (fluent, verbally and written), second language (preferably French / German) desirableWhy LeasePlan?LeasePlan is a global leader in Car-as-a-Service, with approximately 1.9 million vehicles under management in 29 countries.
