Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Supporting our Romanian HR & Payroll team in HR and Payroll related tasks for minimum complexity clientsUnderstand Romanian legislation in order to be able to respond to client queriesManage HR admin documents: Preparation of employees certificates (any type of certificate); Preparation of individual employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, decisions, termination documents; Personnel files (data collection, completion);Employee data input in applications;Medical leave certificates (collection, verification and filling them in);Understand and manage our internal used programs (dp-payroll, TrueHR, Enate, Horizon)Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements and contribute to their enactment together with the team (ex: Clients’ specific KPIs, invoicing and so on) About you: We are looking for you, keen to start your professional journey in the field of payroll.
