We help our customers to thrive, communities to progress andsupport sustainable development to protect our planet for the next generation.Join our team of about 380 000 colleagues around the globe and help us creatingenvironments that care.What are my responsibilities?Identifyand pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market through prospecting,networking, and lead generation activities.Buildand maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients,understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Conducttechnical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features andbenefits of our HVAC systems.Collaboratewith internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service,to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals that meet customerrequirements.Prepareand present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiatingterms and closing deals effectively.Stayinformed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activitiesto identify opportunities for business growth.Provideongoing support to clients, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshootingissues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.Meetor exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving for salesexcellence and continuous improvement.Maintainaccurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, salesforecasts, and pipeline management, using CRM software.What do I need to qualify for this job?Universitygraduate (automation, electro-mechanical installations).English- Advanced, German is an advantage.Proventrack record of success in HVAC sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experiencein a similar role.Strongtechnical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation,and controls.Excellentsales and negotiation skills, with the ability to optimally communicatetechnical information to non-technical audiences.Proventrack record to build and manage relationships with clients, understandingtheir needs and providing solutions-oriented support.Self-motivatedand results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving salesobjectives.Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail, capable of leading multiplepriorities and deadlines effectively.Proficientin Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for salestracking and reporting.Validdriver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings,presentations, and industry events.Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!
