Jira Service Management Developer in Constanţa

JIRA (advanced) What you’ll do As the team's Architect, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager and play an important role, empowering global teams with the platform to support strategic integrations, deployments, and releases in an intentional and data-driven way. You’ll be responsible for managing and administering our enterprise IT Service Management Platform. This platform is the foundation for our core incident, problem, change, and request management processes for the firm, among others. You will ensure JSM administration and development work is managed and implemented in a controlled and timely manner whilst enabling the adoption of the full functionality of the JSM solution including integration to third-party solutions. What’s required We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to have a big impact. Specifically, you will need:min. 4 years of development experience of Atlassian systems (JSD/JSM, Jira server/Cloud)3-6 years of system administration experience of Atlassian systems (JSD/JSM, Jira server/Cloud) Ability to work with internal customers and partners to understand requirements and translate into technical roadmaps and delivery Experience scoping and estimating effort to install, upgrade, or convert to Atlassian software Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment Experience with modern software development or operations and their associated technologies Experience with cloud computing and related technologies and practices Test and delivery of solutions/workflows and integrations with cloud solution and solutionsKnowledge of ITSM and CMDB best practices and how they are fulfilled with JSM and/or Device42 Experience working in agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence peers and stakeholders Commitment to the highest ethical standards
