Junior Accountant in Bucuresti

You will be working as part of a team within a fast-paced, fun, challenging and creative environment in order to achieve team-oriented goals. Reporting to the Accounting Manager the role will involve being responsible for the full accounts payable cycle. What you'll be doing: Receiving, reviewing and processing vendor invoicesProcessing bank transfers and payments with other payment methodsHandling various journal entries and accrualsReconciliation of GL accounts and inter-company transactionsReconciliation of month end Accruals AccountAssist in forecasting cash requirementResponsible for payables duties during monthly/quarterly/yearly close cyclesResponsible for receivables duties during monthly/quarterly/yearly close cyclesDealing with queries on invoices from internal approvers and Vendors What you'll need to be successful:Must haves: Degree in Accounting/Finance1 to 3 years of previous experience in an similar positionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to respect deadlines in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software will be considered an assetProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Strong command of the English language As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees In this role you may be exposed to adult content
