Junior International Recruiter (6 months) in Cluj Napoca

Please note this is a full time, temporary position (6 months). About the team and role We are a diverse team of recruiters part of Emerson's HR Shared Service Center in Cluj.
Our team offers recruitment support to all our business units within Europe and we help fill roles across all levels of seniority.
This means that there is phenomenal diversity in terms of the types of profiles searched, and opportunity to learn something new every day.
We enjoy working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and of course, having fun together! You will provide administrative support to Emerson's European Recruitment Department, by assisting recruiters and hiring managers in finding the best candidates.
You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment, although in the beginning your main focus will be on learning the process, screening candidate resumes and sourcing for candidates using our tools.
Gradually, you will manage more responsibility according to your own learning pace and interest. In this role you will: * Prepare posting advertisements as per internal guidelines and based on recruiter recommendations; * Screen applications and select long-list of candidates to present to recruiters or hiring managers; * Perform searches for candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources and social media; * Contact applicants to advise them of employment possibilities, consideration, selection and schedule interviews; * Research new local recruitment platforms and provide recommendations to the team; * Use LinkedIn and other social media sites to proactively identify and build candidate pipelines and share relevant profiles with recruiters; * Phone screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations;
