For further information, please visit the following links: and PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.What is your role and surroundings?Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for you as Leather Activities Development Leader for our plant in Romania.The mission of the Leather Activities Development Leader is responsible to provide technical information and support to the Leather Expert and R&D team. He / she applies the Group's standards following the Faurecia Excellence System.The main missions and roles are to:Work on the documentations to be implemented and updated for the standardisation databased.Support R&D team in the development of a leather seat development process and and items associated to that, in contact with the different function from R&D.Support the R&D team to establish and implement the proper elements (measurement system, storage system, …) in R&D center.Support R&D team to capture data from development in R&D center & in industrial plant and apply the good practices for the development.Set up the action plan for critical situations, with the support from R&D team and the Leather Expert.Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have/be:Ingenineer graduated on soft material, with leather knowledge is a must. Knowledge on soft material testing, specifications and documentationGood knowledge on basic software such as Excel, word and powerpointQuality mindset, oriented on procedure writtening and control implementationTeam player with strong communication skillsInternational mind setMinimum bi-lingual (English required)
