We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Cloud Sales & Renewals team, with a strong focus on driving business growth within existing client base and managing customer renewals. This role will oversee a team of sales professionals responsible for nurturing existing accounts, growing the customer footprint, and ensuring seamless contract renewals. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in Cloud solutions sales and renewals management.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in technology or cloud services.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, account management, and customer success practices.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast accurately, and drive performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to work within a highly competitive, time pressure and complex environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives to drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with field sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth targets and customer retention.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Renewals team to achieve/exceed quarterly expansion and renewal targets.
• Execute sales strategies for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing contract base.
• Oversee renewal processes, ensuring timely contract negotiations and minimizing churn.
• Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage customer escalations and objections effectively, to drive resolution and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Partner with cross-LOB teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings, contributing insights on market trends and customer needs.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Oracle policies, procedures, products and sales cycle. Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs. Understands business drivers and their relationship to Oracle products. Proven ability to develop prospect pipeline. Excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, qualify, position, justify, and close. Prior successful sales record and a desire to succeed. Five plus years sales experience. BS degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
