Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.Identifies discrepancies in results.Provides guidance to entry level engineers.Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Has at least 2 years-experience in HVAC engineering and design, preferably in a consultancy environmentHas 3D Model Experience using Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D Capability to read and understand construction drawingsHas experience with American standards and codesCommunication abilities and capability to interface with other disciplinesGeneral learning and decision-making abilitiesConcern for the improvement of professional trainingResponsibility, conscientiousness, rigor in carrying out the tasksCooperation with other colleagues, teamworkGood command of English
