Join our exceptional DevOps team at Accenture Industry X, where our services span the application life cycle, catering to digital customer-facing systems and large-scale enterprise products.How Will You Make an ImpactWorking in Accenture Industry X exposes you to cutting-edge technologies and provides you with various skills and expertise in digital transformation. You will have to:support coordinationevaluate of fulfilment of Client Standards, IT Governance and SOPsperform periodic test of backup and recovery in alignment with Infrastructure and Database teamprovide information about license usage and required additional / reduction of licensesperform regular quality reviews and periodic review of Computer System (Tickets, CPU usage status, Unused Account status, documentation, user accounts, generic accounts, …) in alignment with client responsible and filing the proper review documentationensure that system documentation incl. SLC documentation and user manuals is complete and up-to-date in regular Periodic reviews CMDB review and update to show always latest status CITrack configuration items and assets accuratelyensure that the CMDB and CAPRY is correct and up to date in alignment with BI responsibleassess and manage IT Risks of the In-Scope Computer Systemmanage the DRT testing, filing the test plans, conducting them and filing the reports in alignment with BIImplement and manage steady state supportmanage system lifecycle of Computer System from initiation to decommissionensure backup person for System Lead is designated and available when requiredcommunicate and align with BI stakeholders of Computer System (Service Owners, BI Personnel), BI Business and client Functional Domain for consulting, as well as Third Partiesensure latest security patches / updates to prevent Technical Vulnerabilityrecommend optimization of Computer System (e.g. performance)coordinate open tickets with other support teams to ensure fast resolutionreview and plan of improvements for IT Service Continuity Management in alignment with Client.provide consulting related to decommissioning approach (e.g. Archival requirements, Archival approach)ensure adherence to decommission standards in collaboration with responsible client functionsupdate system documentation / SLC documentation (e.g. CMDB)execute Consulting Request if requested by BI stakeholder or based on specific definitions in support handbook / specific support descriptioncreate reports as defined in Framework Agreement / this SOW / support handbookprovide reports on agreed SLAs and overall status of servicesgenerate periodic review, organization, purpose, units and user reports Support Documentation / Trainingensure that system documentation incl. SLC documentation and user manuals is complete and up-to-date in regular Periodic reviews (For GxP: Periodic System Review), Regular review of system documentation / SLC documentation incl. user manuals if it is up-to-dateupdate support related documentation e.g. Support handbookcreate / improve Knowledge articles accordinglyensure appropriate Change request handling incl.
