What you will be doing: Your goal in this position is to work in a focused team to design, code and deliver the next iteration of our world-class business system for the Steelcase distribution network globally. Using agile methodologies along with the latest tech-stack and user-centric design we are building a cloud-native application to take our customers to the next level. Who you are and qualifications: • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (3-6 years).• Strong communication skills and interest in a pair programming environment. • Thorough knowledge of Object-Oriented software design concepts and implementation. • Exposure to Agile methodologies. • Exposure to building and deploying micro-services into the Cloud • Experience in the following areas a plus: o Front-end using JavaScript, VUE.js, HTML and CSS, database using Azure SQL • Back-end using Java or Kotlin • TDD toolsetsWe are excited to find out about your history of innovation and collaboration.
