About the role: For our Client from financial sector we are looking for dynamic individual to who will support a high availability environment with great variety of modern services and tools. As a Observability and Monitoring Tools Lead  you will be you will be responsible for development, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge observability and monitoring solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. Your future tasks: Stabilize Operation and increase tools availability. Introduce new Functionality by integrating ideas and drive by deploying. Provide a generic automation roadmap for accounts using customer-owned tools. Delivery within Budget and YOY savings Plan Focus on identifying Risk/issues and come up with mitigation plans for tools operations. Drive weekly, monthly project reviews to track planned v/s actuals. Quarterly program reviews with business stakeholder in SteerCo meetings Mock portals and simulators to run a mock session with prospects Our Requirements: Tools management, Infrastructure/Cloud solution or delivery lead role with at least 5 years’ experience Engagement management or account relationship experience Knowledge of Zabbix / Opsview and SPLUNK Understanding of Splunk integration, net SNMP, Add-ons and ability to write NEAPs Experienced in MSP and Global SI / outsourcers Knowledge of ServiceNow,Scripting and Automation Understands tools around AIOps such as automation, analytics, ITSM and observability Led change management by talking to customers and onsite delivery leads to pivot towards tools-based delivery Nice to have: Content creation and creative presentation skills Certification on ITSM and ITOM tools Webinars and roadshows and anchoring external exhibits What have we prepared for you?
