Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational processes and projects within our Managed Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry. Responsibilities: Oversee adherence to existing operational processes and implement improvements where necessary, focusing on enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction. Manage project development from initiation to closure, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Track and report on project milestones, providing status updates and resolving issues as they arise. Develop tools and best practices for process and project management and execution, driving continuous improvement within the team. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, addressing service improvements, incidents, and feature requests. Proactively update stakeholders on the status of open issues and requests, ensuring transparency and accountability. Define and improve policies and metrics to maintain high quality standards within the team. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in project management, product management, or related roles within the online gambling industry. Qualification in project management or equivalent certification preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering teamwork. Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
