As an Operations/Release Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of deployment Release Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of deployment Release Engineers Coordinate and execute software releases in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and reliable deployments. Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes. Lead incident response efforts impacting production environments. Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure collaboration. Provide regular reports on deployment metrics and incident response. Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes. Encourage knowledge sharing to enhance operational expertise. Our requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience managing operations teams in cloud-based deployment. Strong background in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Experience with incident response and resolution in cloud environments. Familiarity with infrastructure management tools and best practices. Very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
