Tasks Provide customer support and guidance during order processing by phone or email, and communicate acceptance policies. Resolve issues promptly, take action to prevent recurring problems, and monitor orders requiring customer approval for billing. Collaborate with all stakeholders to maximize account receipts at the end of the financial quarter. Lead operational discussions in meetings with partners and customers, and encourage the use of provided systems. Keep customers and sales representatives informed about ongoing orders, especially those at risk of delivery delays. Collaborate with partners to address customer-related issues that impact orders. Work closely with Deal and Account Operations Managers to manage complex orders and improve operational experience. Keep the account operations manager informed of any operational issues.
