Our Power Electronics Team at Vitesco Brasov is looking for a new collegue to support the team! As a Process Leader you will be responsible of: Leading and overseeing a diverse team consisting of engineers (process, maintenance) as well as production staff, promoting collaboration of optimized operations. Providing comprehensive technical support and expertise for the assigned production lines, focusing on optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operations; Planning and controlling of costs vs budget as well as resources (equipment, people, material); Reducing production expenses by optimizing material management method, machine maintenance level and by improving operator's quality sense; Executing Production Segment routines (including LPA, Gemba walk, Production Team meetings) and discussing with the next management level upon problems and/or deviations in routine fulfilment; Leading change management (organization, processes); Ensuring the production and testing of customer specific products on time with the right quality and cost. What will you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Prior exposure to the automotive industry, preferably around 2 years, with a deep understanding of the automotive environment; Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining relationships across various organizational levels. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a fluent level.
