Procurement Buyer I in Lugoj

Responsibilities:Places purchase orders, to meet internal customer requirements. Ensures Purchase Orders are placed within 24 hours of receipt of complete requisition. Managed changes to existing purchase orders to ensure alignment to commercial agreements. Leads Constraint Reviews with SuppliersInitiates and follows through to completion new supplier setups or changes. Collaborates with category teams and vendor master to ensure standard process is followedDeals with Invoice discrepancies resolving all issues relating to procurement invoice holds. Collaborates with Accounts Payables to ensure invoice holds are eliminatedWorks closely with and supports Category teams and Sourcing Operations teams by providing internal customer/supplier feedback and assuring End to End Purchase to Pay ComplianceSupports implementation and adoption of automation tool to enable 85% transaction automation for the scope managed and executes Compliance checks and audits to ensure policies are being followedSupports Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the Procurement Operations organization by delivering best in class operations for the scope covered.
