Definition of the User Stories, tasks and defects;Backlog maintenance and prioritisation;Building and maintaining the team's roadmap;Facilitation of the effective delivery;Build forecasts, track metrics and facilitate continuous improvement;Personal development of engineers, filling the gaps in skills;Building the high performing teams;Support in finding matching candidates to fill open positions (including pre-sale activities);Align team capacity with current backlog, priorities and customer expectations;Represent the team on appropriate meetings;Solve location related issues;coordination of hardware availability in locations (laptops, NUCs, test benches, etc.)You have the following background:Master's Degree in computer science or similar education;Working experience as a SW developer;Multiple years of leadership experience in SW projects (working as product owner, scrum master, project manager or similar);Self-motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active and cooperative in your working style;Fluent in English;Strong communication skills, are able to negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally;Familiar with agile project methodology SCRUM, KANBAN and experienced with typical tooling;Feel comfortable leading and moderating discussions with SW experts;Got an experience in working with/lead teams larger than 15 people.Luxoft is one of the major Software Services companies world-wide.
