Product Sales Manager Support in Ghimbav

For our Shared Services Team in Brasov we are looking for a new colleague for the Product Sales Manager Support role! As a team member of the Shared Services team, you will: Be responsible with taking over of customer prototype orders and informing the team members regarding the new demands Coordinate / make follow-up for prototype builds with the Sample Shop and the responsible plant for the assigned OEM's and Tier 1's Coordinate prototype shipments for assigned OEM's and Tier 1’s Responsible for communication with the customer regarding orders and other administrative tasks Responsible to request new logistic variants creation after aligning all needed details with the responsible PSM Facilitate communication between Product Sales Manager and other Brasov plant connected departments (eg: Logistics, Controlling) Provide accurate delivery documents at customer's demand Facilitate communication between the customer and the project team Be responsible for accuracy of customer information inside the SAP system (Pricing, Incoterms, Payment terms, customer p/n, etc) after aligning with the responsible Product Sales Manager Support the Product Sales Manager with volumes and price data for internal sales processes: Volume Review Meeting (VRM), Customer Demand Planning (CDP) Ensure the flow of information inside the team Provide necessary reports regarding Sales activity Have acces and uses the customer B2B portal Be responsible to raise invoice requests for R&D, Tooling & Prototype tooling in line with the Product Sales Manager feedback Be responsible to maintain accurately the sales prices in the internal systems after aligning all needed details with the responsible Product Sales Manager Be responsible with preparing of delivery invoicing requests Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues: support the definition of Training Integration Plan, goals for integration and offer further support for a successful integration What will you need to succeed: University degree in Business Administration or similar 2+ years of relevant work experience Advanced English language skills Advanced MS Office Package knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage) What we offer: Integration program in a professional, young and dynamic team Competitive salaries (based on performance) & benefits Health and wellness (Private health and dental insurance, Life insurance, sport activities) Professional development opportunities (in technical and managerial area) Stability International work environment & traveling opportunities
