Job Description Leading the cross-functional project teams (internally and externally) and ensuring project KPI's are achieved (on-time, on-spec, on-quality, on-budget/profit, and customer satisfaction). Manage complex projects and tasks by utilizing experiences and new information to find innovative solutions. Use communication skills to ensure all team members are properly informed of changes, decisions, or expectations. Use previous experience and new knowledge to demonstrate technical and professional competence. Define and request necessary resources for every project. Reports to the direct superior (head of department). Create and respect schedule and project timeline. Defines the resources and requests the necessary approvals (project team, budget, infrastructure, tools, software). Defines the timeline and work packages. Manages projects in which most stages are carried out with internal partners in the factory. Qualifications Studies and experience in mechanical or electrical field.
