We strive to create a workplace where you can harness your talents, contribute to challenging projects, and be part of a leading IT consultancy group.The SAP Delivery Manager & PM assists during the Bid Phase of the customer engagement by providing input into the proposal especially in the area of delivery methodology and delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment.You will be responsible for owning both the management and delivery of services to customers in adherence with specified SLA’s; whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and the service is delivered in line with the agreed contractual terms, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation. Profile Responsibilities:Play a key role in presales working together with the Sales team. When a new opportunity is identified, you will review project proposals to determine scope and goals, project time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project goals and objectivesAct as a lead for SAP implementation & support for clients’ projectDefine project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependenciesUnderstand the customer’s requirements, business process cycle, solution landscape and manage resources appropriatelyIdentify client’s needs and lead team on project deliveryManage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve themBe responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational dutiesEnsure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective mannerBuild partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level.Profile:More than 10 years of experience working as a Functional or Technical Consultant in multiple SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SDMore than 4 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager on SAP implementation projectsExperience in delivering Fixed Price Projects (FPP) or Time and Material (T&M) engagements, preferably in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and/or Sales/Logistic area (MM,SD…)Prior experience in a consulting role, working closely with clients to define project objectives and requirementsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, allocate resources, and oversee project executionStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategiesYou have experience in growing, developing, managing a teamExperience in building a team from scratch is a plusAn advantage is SAP S/4HANA, IT Service Management or Project Management certificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior managementYou are a team player, customer oriented and like to take initiativesYou can express yourself fluently in English.
