SAP VIM Expert in Bucuresti

SAP VIM Expert must have/required: SAP S4 Hana VIM, and complete knowledge for VIM set up and integration to other peripheral system. Deep understanding of Accounts payable process. SAP Technical Skills Optional/Preferred: SAP functional AP consultant and VIM consultant. Candidate Experience requirement. Practical expertise in the Accounts payable and VIM. Must have experience and worked on VIM and integration of VIM for external invoice - particularly on SAP Ariba Supplier Network & Supplier enablement AP processes integrations This role requires following job functions Serve as primary contact for the SAP VIM. Coordinate Identified efforts for vendor invoice integration to VIMWork on WRICEF for VIM integration to Ariab network.Well conversant on DP set up, approval and invoice exception management in VIMAble to set up and amend the invoice workflow in SAP VIM,Integration of Vim component to S4 HANA AP right from >DP invoice to Payment runCoordinate with Functional Lead(s), SAP MM and SAP Ariba consultants for testing of suppliers including integrated suppliers to support optimal project timelines or if functional questions need resolution to move forward.Coordinate with Customer's purchasing department, AP team for invoice processesHana, SAP VIM SAP Ariba Solutions, and Customer internal systems.Ensure training needs are addressed/issues escalated appropriatelyDevelop training approach w/SAP Ariba invoicing for direct and indirect procurements Supplementary experience - preferable Experience on SAP Ariba Commerce automation/Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Hands on experience on SAPECC/S4 HANA- AP/MM/Procurements. ALE/EDI Set up experience for IDOC Messages for procurement Transactions. IDOC message configuration & field extensions and mapping of fields. Integration of ECC/S4-HANA environments with VIM for Ariba Network using Ariba CIG for Document Automation for Ariba Supply chain/Commerce Automation's message.
