Responsibilities:
Facilitate agile ceremonies, through a clear understanding of the aim of each ceremony, taking corrective measures as required to ensure they are effectiveHelp the agile team to continuously improve the effectiveness of their incremental delivery of value to clients & stakeholders by monitoring agile team metrics including velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and team health while at the same time identifying inefficiencies in agile team operation and removing impediments to the agile team's progressAdvise, facilitate, mentor and coach agile team members and stakeholdersUnderstand the context of teams supported including strategic targets, delivery targets, structure, agile framework(s), constraints, team-dynamics, mindsets, human nature and technical considerationsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborative environment and advocate self-organizationJoin communities and forums in order to view influencing at work, and to improve your communication skills across a larger audience. Collaborate with the Product Owner and agile team to ensure a healthy prioritised product backlogCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to continuously improve the agile processSkills:
