Be in IT is a recruitment agency specializing in sourcing IT specialists. Currently, we're seeking a candidate for the position:  Senior Blockchain Solana Engineer. Your duties: Long-term collaboration opportunity with a Polish IT and software house company that delivers projects to its client, a large foreign financial and loan organization. Participating in the development project of a blockchain solution built on Solana. This platform operates under a cross-chain layer integrated with the Wormhole stack. Task aims to creating a Solana smart contract integrating with Arbitrum hub smart contract through the Wormhole bridge and Circle’s CCTP is involved in this task, enabling the transfer of tokens both ways between Solana and Arbitrum blockchains. Stack   and concepts: Solana smart contracts, Wormhole stack, hub-spokes architecture. Ensuring, that Solana spoke smart contract will also handle the protocol logic for depositing, borrowing, withdrawing, and repaying operations. Cooperation with a team of 12 individuals, comprising 6 IT Engineers and 6 professionals from the business side. Cooperation with international environment nad global team.  Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT development or engineering in general is required. A mandatory requirement is a minimum of 1 full year of experience in developing smart contracts in Solana. Having a general understanding of blockchain technologies is preferred. Nice to have: EVM knowledge and experience.  English proficiency at the B2 or C1 level is required to facilitate fluent communication within the international team. Knowledge of Polish is not necessary. Capability to work a minimum of 60-80 hours per month. Ability to work for a minimum of 2 hours during the overlap of 1pm-6pm Polish time. Ability to commence work immediately or within a maximum of 30 days following the decision. Offer: Long-term collaboration under a B2B contract with remuneration ranging  40 - 70  dollars net/per hour.  Fully remote cooperation. Opportunity for full-time or part-time cooperation, as preferred by the candidate, with part-time hours ranging from 60 to 80 hours per month.
