Senior C# Software Engineer with Security mindset in Constanţa

Why this role is important for us: As a Software Engineer, you write safe and secure code. The solutions you deliver are created with security as a base requirement. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our hosting platform. Your deep understanding of creating secure software, coupled with your high-performance mindset, will be critical to our success. You’ll collaborate closely with our team members, ensuring that security is built into every aspect of our projects from day one.  What you will be responsible for: High-performing product: Develop and maintain cloud backend services, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience Always optimizing: Utilize multi-threaded programming techniques to optimize system efficiency Threat models: Responsible for creating System Threat models for the Platform, working with cross-functional teams to drive security through each component of the system.  Implementing Security Measures: You’ll be responsible for coding secure and manageable hosting solutions for our SimCorp product suite. This includes implementing security features that safeguard our services. Collaborate with other Development Teams: Work closely with other development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle. By sharing your knowledge and expertise, you’ll ensure that security is a core consideration from the outset, ensuring that security is incorporated throughout the Security Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Code Security Capabilities: Collaborate with your team to write secure code and introduce security features into existing services. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and reliability of our platform. Internal security testing: Conduct regular internal security tests to assess our progress. Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Preparation for External Penetration Testing: As part of our commitment to growth, you’ll prepare for external security testing measures. Your insights will guide us in resolving any shortcomings before the code release.
