We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Application Consultant SAP GRC to join our team at Vetropack. In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of our IT applications. Your mission is to provide guidance, advanced support and enhancements for our IT systems, focusing on both user satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional Tasks
Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
IT Consulting: Provide expert consulting services for IT applications and drive optimization and innovation.
Concept Creation: Foster creativity and critical thinking to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Provide innovative, user friendly and optimized IT solutions with a focus on total cost of ownership.
Concept Realization: Configure and program solutions to implement and enhance IT applications.
Communication: Develop and present visual and verbal presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical C-Level stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Training: Create training documentation and provide training.
Mentoring: Mentor and guide other team members, fostering their professional growth.
IT Architecture: Design and implement IT architecture to support business goals and scalability.
Driving Success Through These Capabilities
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues efficiently.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide professional hand over of new technical solutions to operation support.
Education, Skills and Knowledge
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP GRC, PMP) are a plus.
In-depth experience with:
SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
SAP ERP and SAP SolMan.
SAP Security Configuration and Operation & Authorization.
Experience with DevOps tools and agile development environments.
Excellent command of English (oral and written), German is a plus.
Strong soft skills: communication, reliability, flexibility, resilience, and proactivity.
Experience
5+ years of experience in SAP GRC and IT application management.
3+ years in similar senior roles.
Experience in international environments, preferably in manufacturing, or food industries.
Proven track record of managing IT projects, working with cross-functional and distributed teams, and mentoring junior team members.
