Job Description and ResponsibilitiesSales TargetAchieves or exceeds sales objectives in the assigned territory.Builds or maintains business relationships with targeted customers and ensures customer satisfaction, trust & loyalty to selected company products to meet sales objectivesManages company resources in an efficient wayCustomer ManagementManages interactions with targeted customers (during business hours and/or at scientific meetings) that are meaningful, up to date, scientifically valuable and relevant to each individual customer (customized/tailored) based upon an understanding of their needs.Drives customer satisfaction and loyalty to company productsEngages in a long-term professional relationship with customers in order to be considered as the reliable reference in the companion animals domainKeeps our CRM (MAXX) updated (organization details, customers contacts, consents, visits plan, all details related to visits etc.)Manages customer campaigns in designated area, using our Promo App Keeps close working relationships with representatives of distributors in the field and interacts, when necessary, with them for handling properly end-user customer requests, complaintsCommunicates the right messages consistent to the marketing strategyTerritory ManagementAnalyzes and prioritizes business needs and opportunities in the targeted customersUses effectively captured pre- and post-call information, market research data as well as own targeting experience to draft and propose action plans per targeted customer groups and individual customersUses effectively CRM and other tools, market research data as well as own targeting experience to develop territory action and call plans per target customer group and individual customerActively searches for new customers in the designated area, creates them in our CRM (MAXX), with all needed details, and includes them in the call plansThe designated area that we are recruiting now for is composed of the following:3 districts (half) of Bucharest – districts 4, 5 and 6Ilfov (IF) county corresponding to the allocated part of BucharestBraila county (BR)Tulcea county (TL)Constanta county (CT)Giurgiu county (GR)Arges county (AG)Valcea county (VL).Administrative TasksTimely performs administrative tasks such as encoding call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM (MAXX) system, expense reports, adverse event reports, etc.Is accountable for company assets and resources assigned and manages their utilization on the best way for the interest of the company (car, mobile phone, PC, promo budget, etc.)TeamworkProvides relevant and timely feedback to management on local market environment, competitive and own activities.Maintains close collaboration with the manager on strategic and tactical aspects of the companion animals portfolio based on expertise and field intelligenceMaintains high level of professional competence by continuously updating knowledge in the relevant areas (companion animals business, communication, company policies and standards) by attending the respective training opportunities and sharing best practices/examples with othersCan be involved in additional assignments or activities on a need basis determined by the management.
