We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas Central Europe the best place to work. To extend our Service Team we are looking for Service Technicians to join as soon as possible. Responsibilities Responsible for turbine maintenance process for the wind farms group assigned, including preventive and corrective activities, within the corporate guidelines, quality certifications and legal regulations with the objective of reduction of service costs and to guarantee agreed levels of service Ensure on time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging Responsible for the compliance with legal and company regulations, guidelines etc. in the area of his work Act professionally as a role model within a field environment to ensure all procedures are followed as required and acts with an understanding of customer service towards wind farm owners Suggest improvements to work instructions and turbine design Qualifications Technical diploma (preferably mechanical or electrical) Very good English skills written and spoken Knowledge in working with MS-Office Driving license in class CE/ BE preferable Physical fitnes Competencies Capable of instructing and support problem solving situations Teamwork competencies and operational readiness High degree of flexibility Strong analytical skills Willingness to travel Ability to work in heights What we offerWe are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
