For more information, please access: totalsoft.ro, charisma.ro and logo.com.tr/en.   What you will do Pre-sales engagements (demo, preparing RFP/RFI documentation, solution design -pilot projects delivery, product workshops). Commercial and technical offer preparation. Perform the system concept presentation and distribute interview questionnaires. Prepare and conduct the interview sessions to determine the detailed characteristics of the project deliverables. Translate business requirements in functional and design specifications. Assist the implementation with business information during the technical analysis. Work closely with the technical architects to identify the best business solution and analyze the ability to change of the application environment, assess the impact of changes of existing environment: application, infrastructure and operations. Create and take responsibility for the acceptance Implementation Specification. Set up and configure the system modules in accordance with the Implementation Specification. Advise on data migration activity. Create and gain the acceptance of test cases. Provide support during the acceptance testing. Advise on the system use. Contribute to and participate in client demonstrations and presentations (p rovide counseling and support in defining business functionality).   Preferred Skills and Experience 3 to 5 years project implementation experience using Microsoft Sharepoint. At least 1 year Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015 would be an advantage. At least 2 years project experience translating client business needs into software capabilities.  At least 2 years project experience with business requirements analysis and modeling.  At least 2 years project experience creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts. At least 3 years experience working within a team environment.  Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile). Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques. Understanding of Microsoft Licensing. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform fundamentals or advanced skills would be an advantage. S trong analytical, presentation, and writing skills.   Would be a plus Experience in BPMS and Modeling Workflow automation projects.
