About the team Our global Talent Acquisition team is responsible for end–to-end recruitment at Worldpay. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team in Bucharest and be responsible for designing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates and ensure vacancies across Europe are filled in a timely manner with the best talent. What you will be doing As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will have the unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and countries. Your role is to work closely with recruiters to deliver against the recruitment needs of the business, predominantly in Romania and the UK. You will help shape the sourcing strategy for Talent Acquisition and measurably impact the growth of the company in EMEA by hiring top talent in key roles. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates for key roles by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertise, pro-actively source, screen and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules and summarizing feedback and next steps – always ensuring a great candidate experience Review applications and track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs, events and hosting meet-ups on site.
