We are looking for a new colleague in the B2B team, in the position of assistant B2B manager, responsible for reporting and analysis. This is a key role in the organization, which will contribute to the improvement of the B2B process, as well as to the overall results of the company, by involvement in current processes, problems and results, through reports, analyzes and proposals for improvement actions.
Main responsabilities:
- Checks the accuracy of the customer base, constantly updating it;
- Request CIP, Coface, Euler insurance reports;
- Management of discounts according to customer sales;
- Preparation of sales reports;
- Management of customer balances with timely payment; Imported invoices; blocking-unlocking customers;
- Inform Responsible KA - completing and sending to the client the payment notification / payment summons;
- Insurance file - reporting customers to the insurer, discussions with the legal department;
- Verification, updating, electronic archiving of contracts with B2B clients;
- External accounting; Import invoices, checking and allocating payments of term and non-term;
- Requests the creation of customers with term payment in SAP ; various situations;
- Relationship with other departments; ordering business cards for KA; ordering B2B cards;
- Sending customer orders to launch into the system;
