Overview
Budget Analyst - IASI, ROMANIA
This role is responsible for the creation of customer pricing and strategic client initiatives for Signant Health's products and services.
Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence
- Creates the project budget for customer bids for all Signant Health services/products
- Works with various internal departments (i.e. sales, operations, scientific) as needed to scope the project and finalize pricing
- Participates in client calls when negotiating pricing on an as needed basis
- Maintain client specific pricing templates
- Updates internal systems with pertinent budget and opportunity information on an ongoing basis
- Maintain strong relationships with internal clients in order to promote inter departmental communication
- Support client specific pricing initiatives
- Other responsibilities and projects assigned as required
- Apply critical thinking skills as it relates to day to day responsibilities to identify areas for improvement in order to provide logical and informed recommendations to the business
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure consistency of pricing methodologies, interpretation and approach

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in business is required or equivalent work related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years working in pricing/cost budget development
- Intermediate Excel skills. Minimum of 3 years working in Excel.
- Must have excellent, time management, communication, decision making, analytical skills, and organizational skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work cross functionally
- Team oriented person with a “can do” attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
