KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis and understanding of the P&L for the SaaS /Cloud business.
- Liaise with regional controllers to ensure actuals accuracy and rolling forecast aligned with latest business information.
- Supporting the regions in building the budgets and subsequent forecasts both from a technical and business perspective.
- Consolidate data and provide added-value analysis at global level for revenue and costs.
- Prepare, analyze and submit for review the Cloud scorecards on a monthly basis, including actuals review and rolling forecast.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and/or yearly presentation for business and finance as needed.
- Do or ensure actual journal entries are done on time.
- Improve processes and financial modelling ,working closely with Group FP&A and ensure processes are implemented and aligned; propose where needed improvements in the processes including but not limited to any new systems implemented.
- Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit.
- Ensure process documentation is updated.
- Assist the Finance Controllers and business owners in any other necessary ad-hoc analysis.
- SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Economics.
- 2-4 years Financial accounting and reporting experience within industry (preferably software or IT).
- Proven experience and understanding of Finance and Accounting, Software/Services industry is considered a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Oracle E-business suite is considered a plus.
- Team-player with high ethical standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively alone , but also in a team.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills able to priorities own workload.
