The Competition Analyst will monitor competitors’ service offerings, website capabilities, social media networks, customer experience. Utilizing this information, the Competition Analyst will maintain reporting and provide gap analysis on a regular basis that will be presented to Management and Executives along with project recommendations for improvements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with business teams to gather information on existing business processes and services.
- Performs research, assessment and acquisition of information using the Internet, competitors’ websites, social media sites.
- Document business requirements, may develop and oversee project plans.
- Expected to utilize organizational skills to document, categorize, prioritize, provide easy access to information, ask questions, follow up, and maintain communications.
- Critically evaluate information gathered and make recommendations for improvements.
- Creates presentations and reports to effectively communicate information that has been gathered.Use abstract thinking and problem solving skills to identify business opportunities and pinpoint problems

- Very good command of English
- Demonstrated skill utilizing industry standard applications for the purpose of gathering information from multiple sources, processing and dissemination information
- Tenacious analytical and problem solving skills in a detail oriented environment
- Commercial experience analyzing and presenting information.
- Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office and other software
- Able to analyze, interpret, and create spreadsheets, printed reports, and Power Point presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization
