YOUR DUTIES
- To find solutions in front of the computer for the mechanical problems that appear on trucks/trailers when they are on the road in Europe and to take action in case of problems;
- To follow the procedure applicable in technical problems (at the frigo/security installations etc), determine their origin and provide support and assistance according the protocol;
- To make an evaluation of the problem and find a quick solution;
- To make different reports regarding the activity;
- Registration of different documents in own database;
- Administration of own Garages from Oradea
- Reporting directly to the Team Leader;
