• Review existing deployed hardware and services to ensure valid location / service details are captured and maintained as moved between CMDB platforms.
• Assist in tracking orders for hardware and services to ensure these are accurately recorded in the new Service Now / Spider platforms
• Provide regular and timely reports to include analysis of data verification and accuracy.
• Maintaining details (site details, contacts, hardware data, leasing / rental, maintenance, etc.) on CMDB and other associated systems
• As required assist in the maintenance of details relevant to the GCIS EMEA organization and services to ensure internal websites provide up to date relevant and current information.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience of a multinational environment, in an administrative position, an advantage
• Reasonable written and spoken English communication skills required
• Proficient in the use of PC (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc).
• Results oriented ability to prioritize and multitask, maintaining good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
