What we are looking for: Create and execute B2B software go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve revenue and booking goals Develop, manage, and lead a team of highly motivated, customer-focused sellers Effectively communicate and collaborate with regional business leadership, product and engineering teams, and senior management to drive bookings and ensure customer success Effectively communicate to a largely remote and global workforce, maintaining a highly engaged, constructive, and productive team culture Lead by example, set expectations, and follow through to achieve desired results Leverage data and analytics to manage and monitor key sales pipeline and performance indicators to ensure financial goals Sales Management: Conduct regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis Plan and direct all sales for your team, including planning and implementing forecasts, staffing, and team training Consistently deliver against targets – ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably. GTM and Sales Enablement: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and awareness strategies Partner with marketing to ensure go-to-market and awareness strategies are effective to drive pipeline and bookings Handle escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations to close deals Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, legal, senior management and/or C-level executives Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, including the executive level, selling against P/L, negotiating, presenting, closing Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or MBA 3-5 years experience of Leadership Management and people development Experience in Software sales and/or Industrie sales Professional German and English language skills Beneficial would we any Scandinavian language like Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian Information to Review: The following links are recommended in order to better your understanding of Trimble, and the products available within this particular division.
