- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- 5 Years + Experience working in a Financial Accounting environment
- Broad spectrum of Financial accounting functions
- Knowledge of accounting rules, standards and statutory requirements, including International VAT
- Good IT skills with advanced excel
- Rigorous attention to detail and high professional standards
- Work to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and prioritization skills

Your opportunities and challenges will be:
Finance Lead for Control Techniques Oradea Toll Manufacturing: - Responsible for the preparation & submission of actual results, forecasts and budgets to CT Group HQ and Nidec Oradea Srl (Accruals, Prepayments, Balance sheet reconciliations, Financial statements & reporting packages)
- Supervise and oversee the transaction processing required for the CT Oradea Manufacturing unit (Fixed Assets, payroll recharges, Purchase & Sales Invoices)
- Audit and Control – Ensure compliance with Nidec CP&P, Romanian statutory & fiscal representative requirements and Import/Export compliance
- Support CT UK Manufacturing Financial Accounting:
- Preparation of journals and analysis to enable the monthly UK Financial reporting process.
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts, including Debtors, Creditors, and Bank
- Collaboratively working with Sales and Operations teams to manage new customers and credit risk
- International VAT & Intrastat
- Ensure documented processes and procedures are in place to ensure VAT compliance for UK and Romanian VAT Intrastat reporting
- Prepare documentation and final submissions of VAT, VIES, ECSL and Intrastat for the UK and Romanian Manufacturing Operations
