We are looking for a HR Data Quality & Governance Lead
to play a key role in enabling data-informed decision making through high quality data.
We’re hiring in multiple European locations! The role can be performed in a hybrid model, and remote work can also be discussed. We’ll adapt the setup to local practices so you can work in a way that helps you thrive.
In today’s data-driven world, accurate and reliable people data is essential for data-informed decision making. As HR Data Quality & Governance lead, you will be leading the charge to ensure that our HR data is accurate, consistent and compliant. You will play a critical role in ramping up our data governance framework, maintaining data standards, understanding & optimizing the end-to-end HR data flow and enabling the organization to leverage its people data effectively.
You will be responsible for implementing our data governance framework, monitoring data quality and collaborating with stakeholders across HR, IT and other functions to ensure smooth processes through high quality data. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to make data-informed decisions with confidence and optimize HR processes.
