Java Developer - Back-end - Remote - Contract
You will be working the API back-end for a cloud native application running on Amazon Web Services. The application is for a public service available through a web-browser and allows for calculating margins on a financial portfolio containing futures, options, swaps, stocks, bonds, repos, etc. The role will primarily involve the development of new features for the application, as well as design, implementation and integration. You will also be required to produce some documentation.
Must have technologies:
Advanced Java Competency
Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker, etc...)
Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
Experience with Github
Advantageous
Circle CI, Kubernetes or OpenShift
C++, Vert.x or gRPC
Experience with cloud native and 12factor applications
Knowledge of OTC instruments
