Your tasks:
You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. You will be part of our Local IT support team, as a first level and second level support specialist in the local IT department in one of the Hella locations in Arad;
- Hardware and software installations;
- Setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows clients and other client applications: Lotus Notes email clients, Active Directory, Windows Servers, networking and phone system;
- You will be involved in other tasks such as user administration and file permissions, antivirus, backup and file archiving;
- You will communicate with the users directly by phone and/or email.
Your qualification:
In order to be successful in this position you must have:
- University degree and general IT knowledge;
- Experience in IT customer support;
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory;
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Windows clients, Networking, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes Clients;
- Fluency in English language is mandatory.
