Logistics Administrator in Cluj Napoca

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for a timely release of orders to the Packing and Shipping processes, acts as VAT gatekeeper for all transactions and thus support Service Level and Sales targets.RESPONSIBILITIES •Runs the Pick Eligible Report frequently during the work day to identify all pickable lines and releases them using the appropriate Oracle transactions•Verifies spare parts availability•Prioritizes the picking of expedited Order Lines•Follows up on Picking Holds and Incomplete Ship Sets•Follows up on Shipping Holds and works with the Sales Offices on the release process•Communicates to the Order Fulfillment Single Point of Contact any relevant information pertaining the final shipment date of the goods•Amends the PSD of overdue lines to show an accurate estimated shipping date of the goods•Generates Certificate of Origin with Chamber of Commerce or Embassy authorities (if required)•Prints line level and order certificates, as applicable and delivers them to the warehouse for shipment•Ensures the Sales Order Transactions are compliant with VAT Rules.•Monitors and blocks orders for Non VAT Compliant Incoterms or critical Incoterms•Works with the Sales Offices to change Non Compliant Incoterms to valid ones and provides advice on VAT Compliant Incoterms•Works with outside suppliers for non standard packing and shipping requirementsREQUIREMENTS •1+ year experience in an administrative role•Languages: English – advanced level •PC skills: MS Office, Internet•Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems is a plus
