Preferred Qualifications

 

 

ODC is a dynamic business unit made up of a combination of several legacy acquisitions. The Business Analyst will work to draft and complete UAT test scripts, perform regression testing, work with developers to report and resolve bugs, and create step by step job aids for ODC go-to-market teams, and help prepare the organization for a smoother transition to Operational Integration with Oracle tools and procedures. Must be comfortable in adaptive organization, responsive, able to work through facilitating and delivering process UAT, cross training Business Operations, Sales and Account Management testers and preparing materials that support rollouts unified streamlined business processes and systems.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Partners with process owners and project managers to evaluate, document, and complete user acceptance testing on net new processes and tools for net new process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses
  • Execute test scripts and QA automation across range of legacy ODC acquisition tools (Salesforce.com and related plug ins), standard Oracle tools (OSC, CPQ, Q, DAS, SPM, Service Cloud, CLM etc), and product delivery workflows as part of the sales process. Work with project manager and engineers to identity and resolve issues
  • Identify possible risks or pain points with completing the process to inform future improvements and clarity needed in go-to-market facing documentation
  • Document detailed user guides for new processes, cross train Business Operations and Enablement teams on changes, support creation of materials to prepare for communication with ODC global Sales and Account Management teams
  • Review business, functional and technical requirements to create test plans and test cases.
  • Create test plans and test cases, and work through the end-to-end testing processes.
  • Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify that the programs function according to business requirements.
  • Partner with enablement team to prepare user training documents and delivers user training for newly developed applications, assists with update/creation of high-level business process documentation
  • Support QA and documentation required for ODC operational integration Phases. Phase 2 anticipated to complete this year, final phases within 3 years

Requirements Include: 

  • 4-7 years of business analyst, experience with software and tool rollouts, regression testing and test coordination
  • Understanding of SaaS and usage sales processes and experience working on product delivery workflows
  • Experience using standard Oracle framework tools (OSC, CPQ, Q, DAS, SPM, Service Cloud, CLM)
  • Experience using sales enablement tools (Winmo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign WalkMe) and internal tools (JIRA, product provisioning tools)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage needs and expectations of stakeholders and business leaders at varying levels
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and JIRA,Selenium is a plus.
  • Experience with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Automated Regression Testing
  • Background in user-facing documentation and job aids appropriate for a sales or client support role to reference when working to complete a process flow
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail

 

 

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

 

 

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
