YOUR TASKS:
- Part of Global Organizational Management Team you will be direct support for Global HR Function in all areas related to organizational structures, position management and global Job Description;
- Ensure that Hella organizational standards are implemented according to business requirements;
- Control the position management process in the region;
- Leading the Global Job Description process in the region: creation, evaluation, assignment;
- Maintaining the global data base up to date and monitor the locations to follow the global processes and deadlines;
- Organizational Management Advisor for Hella locations;
- Reporting activities;
- Part of the other HR Global Projects.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legal, economic, technical studies;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to make decisions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced German;
- Advanced MS Office;
- Knowhow about the SAP ERP system is a plus.
