Regional Organizer in Timiş




  • Part of Global Organizational Management Team you will be direct support for Global HR Function in all areas related to organizational structures, position management and global Job Description;
  • Ensure that Hella organizational standards are implemented according to business requirements;
  • Control the position management process in the region;
  • Leading the Global Job Description process in the region: creation, evaluation, assignment;
  • Maintaining the global data base up to date and monitor the locations to follow the global processes and deadlines;
  • Organizational Management Advisor for Hella locations;
  • Reporting activities;
  • Part of the other HR Global Projects.




  • Legal, economic, technical studies;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Ability to make decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced German;
  • Advanced MS Office;
  • Knowhow about the SAP ERP system is a plus.
