This position will prepare journal entries, reconciliations and revenue metrics for the organization. You will also support other departments as needed, during these three months. This position will offer you the chance and opportunity to develop skills outside of your core skill set, like expanding your knowledge of IFRS15/ASC 606 (revenue standards) accounting concepts and applying the appropriate revenue treatment or working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis
- Work with accounting modules of an ERP and supporting systems
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting preparation
- Work cross functionally with other departments
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (including but not limited to V-lookup, SUM, IF, SUMIF functions, concatenate etc.)
- Understanding of basic IFRS GAAP, debits and credits
- Experience in IFRS 15/ASC 606 accounting preferred, but not required
- Motivated self-starter, well-organised, who can work well independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and work in a growing and fast-paced environment
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
Schedule:
- Schedule required to cover partially US continental working hours: 11:00 - 20:00 local (EET) time interval.
