Reporting to the CRM Competence Field Lead in HELLA, this Salesforce Administrator position is a key interface between business and the Salesforce platform, with a focus on providing ongoing administrative support, implementing new system features, and supporting the overall implementation & release management cycle in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 925 users;;
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades;
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations;
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests;
- Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities;
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization;
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degree;
- Basic knowledge of computer developer tools and technology;
- Basic knowledge of sales processes;
- Exposure to CRM Systems, such us Salesforce is an advantage;
- Enterprise system integration background with Web Services and ETL;
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
- Experience with reactive web development frameworks such as Salesforce Lightning, Angular, React, and Vue;
- Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases;
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities;
- Technical experience with Apex, Triggers, and Visual Force will be preferred;
- Completion of Salesforce Certification E.g. Admin 201 / Dev 401 is ideal but not mandatory;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and keep all stakeholders informed;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment with little supervision.
