Role Responsibilities: Security Delivery Manager role is part of the Secureworks Security Program Management Office (SPMO). The SDM oversees and coordinates delivery of information security services that Secureworks provides to the client. The SDM is a trusted advisor and delivery manager to the client to ensure performance levels and expected outcomes from the services are achieved and maintained – as well as driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of cyber security and relationship management experience. The candidate must have the ability to interact with senior level executives, have strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently address issues and communicate solutions. Manage the Scope of Work, from the operational and financial point of view, ensuring the delivery of information security services to the customer is in compliance with the contract Perform delivery management (communications, site visits, Monthly & Quarterly Governance, etc.) Develop the governance plan and maintain it, to support the contract delivery; Includes both internal and customer facing governance Lead cross-functional program teams by planning and execution of security programs by scheduling and tracking of tasks, schedules, resources and dependencies- facilitate & drive project meetings Participating and representing Secureworks in delivery / operational meetings; conducting a service delivery status an information security operational review meeting with account and customer Participating with the customer in the definition and implementation of procedures related to the delivered services Identifying weaknesses and/or gaps in the customer current security operations and working with the customer to address the findings Identifying, reviewing and recommending security service improvements Participating in internal and external audits for the customer Support and Manage remediation efforts related to information security; remediation may be from incidents, penetration tests, vulnerability scans, internal/external audits and Critical Practice assessments Reviewing service management reports to ensure tickets (i.e., incidents, problems, requests, changes), related to information security, are being acknowledged, worked and Service Level Agreements/Service Level Objectives are being met Ensuring Secureworks personnel comply with the relevant information security obligations in support of the customer Cultivating trusted partner relationships with account team and customer; keeping consistent and open dialogue to uncover issues, challenges, risks Qualification: Essential Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience as a Program Manager or Service Delivery Manager in a technology focused Enterprise environment Minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber security projects Knowledge of end-point security architecture and protection strategies. Can include hands-on experience overseeing/managing common end-point security technologies (i.e., AV, Encryption, Spam/Spyware, Personal Firewalls, as well as other protection capabilities such as GPO management and mobile security strategies) Client relationship management experience at the senior level Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise support engineers in establishing appropriate priorities Experience with information security analysis (SOC L1-L2-L3 operations) and the overall IR flow Strong oral and written communications At least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CGEIT Here are more reasons to join our team!
