We are working in the domain of Manufacturing ExecutionSystems, which means that the solutions we are working on are directlyimpacting how factories around the world are managing their manufacturingprocesses.
Our team is responsible for the end-to-end MES projectimplementations, which includes both solution analysis (assessment,requirements, process design, solution design) and solution implementation(configuration, development, testing).
Our clients are coming from a variety of industries,manufacturing products which we sometimes use on daily basis: toys, cars,tires, car components, furniture, medical devices, medicine, etc.
For Cluj-Napoca, Tg. Mures and Timisoara offices,we are looking for an ambitious MES SyncadeTechnical Consultant ready totake on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and FactoryDigitalization, MES systems stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.
As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) TechnicalConsultant, you will be responsible for the development and integration ofproject specific MES systems to enhance cutting edge process automationsolutions meeting customer requirements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Get familiar with one or more MES solutions provided by our partners
- Development, configuration, testing anddeployment of the MES solution
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Work as part of a local or geographicallydistributed team
- Responsible for MES software integration withsystems like ERP, PLM, APS, LIMS and other Control Systems
- Building custom reports using variousreporting tools
- Work every day in an Agile Environment, usingthe Scrum methodology
- Short-term project based business travel whenrequired

Qualifications
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE - +3 years’ experience with Syncade
- +5 years’ work e xperience on factory MES ,automation and process control systems in a manufacturing environment
- +2 years’ experience developing databasedriven web sites/applications
- Solid technical/functional experience withMES systems or other Manufacturing related software is an advantage
- Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browserweb development, constraints and issues
- Functional knowledge in any of the following:Production, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory
- Experienced in using and maintaining RDBMSlike Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL (SQL, backups, stored procedures,functions)
- Practical experience in software developmentusing C#, ASP.NET or Java
- Front-End Web-Development skills with strongfocus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Previous project experience involvingDevelopment, Configuration, Implementation for different manufacturingindustries is considered a plus
- Experience working in a Windows Server/IISenvironment
- Experience in MES - ERP (or othermanufacturing related software) integration is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of ISA-95/ MESA/ SCOR standards isconsidered an advantage
- Proven ability to work creatively andanalytically in a problem-solving environment
- Effective organization and prioritizationskills
- Excellent communication and collaborationskills - both written and verbal
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor/MSof Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry
